SHIPPING

Kindly note that production of each order takes 7-10 working days before the shipping process will be carried out.

All your orders are shipped from our production center in Lagos, Nigeria through our delivery partner.

When an order is received, an order confirmation will be sent directly to you.

We will begin to process your orders once payment is confirmed.

Shipping times:

  • Lagos Orders are delivered within 10-15 working days once payment has been confirmed.
  • Other States Orders within Nigeria are delivered within 10-15 working days once payment has been confirmed.
  • International Orders are delivered within 12-18 working days once payment has been confirmed.

We’ll send you a tracking number once your order has been confirmed and another tracking number within 7-10 working days from our third-party delivery partner to enable you to track your order while it’s on its way to you.

The cost of shipping is calculated at the point of checkout and is dependent on your country and region.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered during working business days and may require a signature so kindly ship to an address where someone can receive the package for you.

If you need your order to be delivered within 7-10 working days after payment has been confirmed, your order will be treated as Special Order, hence you will need to send an email including the tracking number of your order. Kindly note that Special Orders will attract extra cost on each item ordered.

If there will be a delay with your order, we will reach out to you with an update on your order.

Depending on your country, public holidays may impact delivery timelines. Kindly note that we have no control over additional delays as a result of this.

For misplaced packages, MILADE upon confirmation from the shipping company will resend the order to the customer but we are not liable to issue refunds for lost packages.

If no complaint is raised about an order within 5-7 working days, we will assume there are no issues and the package has been received successfully.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Kindly note that international orders may be subject to additional customs tax and duties depending on the Laws within the recipient country. We have no control over what charges may be applied to your order but we advise that before placing an order you consult the customs office in your country for additional clarifications. All additional custom charge is the customer’s responsibility.

PAYMENT POLICY

Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed.

We accept bank transfers to our Naira account.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 5-7 days of receipt of your order. To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in its original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.

Please note, custom orders and items bought on sale or at a discount sale are not eligible for returns. We do not offer exchanges, please return your order and place a new one with the coupon code you receive from your return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Please ship returning international packages with your country/region’s local shipping carrier and be sure to use standard shipping for added safety, please insure all packages and obtain a tracking number.
  • For international returns, kindly note that custom charges incurred will not be paid by MILADE, the customer is responsible for covering the cost and in the case where we pay the charges, the amount paid will be deducted from the refund amount or store credit.

REFUNDS

MILADE does not offer cash returns but we can offer store credit for items returned in good condition within the 7 days’ window. Please note, shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.
